Santoy and JNR insiders are buying. Netolitsky (SAN) is buying in large amounts, and Rick (JNR) has averaged down from 2.88 down to current levels, but only in relatively small amounts considering he sold 20 000 above $3.00.  Here's SAN buys since they are substancial:

Are these insiders just gutsy? I mean, the spot of uranium just dropped though I guess they wouldn't have known that. JNR does have drilling results out soon though I don't know about SAN.
