The trustee overseeing the liquidation of the failed brokerage has proposed dumping all remaining customer assets—gold, silver, cash, options, futures and commodities—into a single pool that would pay customers only 72% of the value of their holdings. In other words, while traders already may have paid the full price for delivery of specific bars of gold or silver—and hold "warehouse receipts" to prove it—they'll have to forfeit 28% of the value.

If every intending buyer of silver shares invested the vast majority of their additional investment dollars in silver rather than shares or other paper, the price of silver would in fact rise substantially due to such concentrated buying. This in turn would feed into the price of mining shares as well. Bingo! All silver bugs become happy!

But he said bond market pressure on the euro zone would be "very significant" in the first quarter, with some 230 billion euros of bank bonds, up to 300 billion in government bonds, and more than 200 billion euros in collateralized debt all maturing.

Apparently the deceased leader looked at many things which we are not aware and photos are forthcoming.

SS seems to have a new shot of the cat looking at the gates of Hell. 

This world is definitely a strange place when guys like this control every aspect (and not too well I might add) of millions of human lives.

Come to think about it, having a reservation in Hell is far too good for the guy. 

The little bump in the market yesterday had the touts doing double duty sending out e-mails that everything has been repaired and the markets will set new records shortly.
