IMF head says US needs to cut deficit.  Sounds like an omen to me!

For the record.
I sold my AGA @ £1.01
That gave me a 17.5% gain (after all charges) for the 8 weeks I held.   Cheesy

I'm in tune with JDH and his commentary this week......

Quote
When gold is $1,621 at the end of the year (and it will be, because that’s what you have predicted), $1,368, where it closed on Friday, will look like a bargain.

So I'll be looking at at the PM's again next week.

$1621 wil probably look like a bargain before this year is over!

$1621 is only a 15% increase.  Well below gold's average gains for the several previous years.

America's stock just went down this weekend.

This does not look like a 88-89 year old man, does it?  His book:

Keeping an eye on EGPT ........ Might be interesting between 13 and 14 for a wild stab.

Hey MetalMeister,
Jack Lalanne was a very amazing person. I still remember him from when I was 5, in 1966, my mom was a stay at home mom, and one day bought home an lp record, that was a blue see through vinyl record and a blue rubber band with loops at each end, called a "Gamour Stretcher". Jack Lalanne's record was a complete exercise program that could be accomplished using many common household items chairs, broom handles, etc. His workouts were done with background organ music, and this man was very well ahead af any , repeat any, gym program, or product out there. I live in Vancouver, and remember Jack coming into Olympic Fitness in 1987 and came into the gym and had workouts with the members. he would intorduce himself, and encourage you along, supersetting exercises with different people, at the same time. I saw him blast off 100 situps, and made it look like he was just warming up. Absoultely phenominal physique. To say he was charismatic, and full of energy, would be a complete understatement. If the world had more Jack Lalanne's , we wouldn't be looking for alternative sources of energy, because Jack would have enough for himself, and everyone else. A very, very inspirational person, who I am sure, has helped many onto the path of better health and fitness... Thank You Jack! I will always remember  Smiley Smiley Smiley  Wink
