Wouldn't be so hard on that lady pilot JD.   Yea she didn't check NOTAM's but most small fields don't have a facility and a citizen just going up to putter around the local area would not expect the airspace in an area they are familiar with to be taken over by the politicians. 

they clear too much airspace for that guy anyway.  So here's the president grubbing for money and because of this they might punish a citizen who had no malicious intent.  I say if the president was in DC doing his job instead of grubbing for handouts this woman could have enjoyed her flight around town.  She's been flying for over 50 years without a mark against her.  They should just forget about it a suggest the President stop hogging all our airspace.
